| My passion for Cycling began as a kid when I would cruise the area on my BMX bike for hours at a time. I just loved it. About 17 years ago I got my first road bike for my 14th birthday. As soon as I got home from the store, I told my parents I was going for a ride. Three hours later, I came back to some very worried parents with the biggest smile they'd ever seen. I couldn't explain what was going on, but something changed in me that day. I went back to the bike store almost every day trying to learn as much about bicycles as I could. The mechanics taught me how to work on bikes and they gave me old issues of Velonews, Winning and Roadbike Action Magazines. As soon as I was old enough, I started working part- time at the bike shop. I would train before school and work at the bike shop after. I truly had the bug. As time passed, I found that I had a skill for helping people sell their used bikes and parts. I found I could use this skill to make some extra money to travel to races and get nice parts for myself too. Because I raced all over the country, I met people and built networks. I became known as the guy to call when someone was looking to buy or sell high-end used parts. I've been buying and selling bikes and parts for the past 10 years, and have learned how to get the most for the items that I sell. This allows me to keep my costs as low as possible, and offer you the most money for the things that you want to sell. I've developed a process that is quick and easy for my customers, and that's one of our best attributes. Recently, I've been developing relationships with Bicycle Stores to help get you the best value for your used bike, and the best deals on your next bike. |
